Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give a 24 hour notice(48hrs for tattoos or PMU). You can do so online or contact me at (904)436-8148. There is a 50% fee for canceling within 24 hours of your appointment. Same day rescheduled appointments will be charged 25% of service. No call/No shows WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service price to the card on file. Payment will be processed through the card on file. If you refuse payment for late cancellation/ no show you will not be able to book any additional spots until fee is paid. NO SHOWS MAY RESULT IN RESTRICTED BOOKING/ NO FURTHER BOOKING ALLOWED. *Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to ONE rescheduled appointment ONLY. Deposit will be forfeited after second reschedule & new deposit will be required. ☆Refund Policy: No refunds are allotted for any reason for any service or product. You may request a complimentary consultation and patch test if you are concerned about potential allergic reactions to adhesives, pigments, or skin care products.
